Institute of Baking performs annual audits of our facility. In
2010 A & M
Cheese received a SUPERIOR rating (the highest possible)). AIB
audits are accepted world-wide as a proven foundation for food
safety programs. AIB has been one of the forerunners of food safety
education since 1919.
A & M Cheese Company is also registered in the Directory of Sanitary
Approved Food Establishments for Armed Forces Procurement.
